From a professional lens, I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over seven years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and more than 25 years in corporate roles, much of that in leadership. I hold a BS in Psychology and an MS in Business Psychology, along with numerous assessment certifications, including CliftonStrengths Coach, Hogan, and Wiley DiSC Facilitator. As the 2025 President-Elect for the North Texas ICF Chapter and a former Secretary, I have a strong commitment to promoting emotional intelligence within leadership coaching. Additionally, I volunteer my coaching and leadership program facilitator skills to various non-profits that focus on helping women in need, often incorporating team connection workshops into my efforts.
On a personal note, I am a wife, stepmom, daughter, sister, and grandma. I cherish spending time with family and friends, as well as enjoying quiet moments to think, plan, and study (yes, study). My husband and I travel as often as possible, and my work is integral to who I am. I’m grateful for everything we have and the journey that brought us here. I don’t take it for granted and appreciate that I am still a work in progress, but I am progressing every day!
